You will be joining a high performing group of individuals that serve as the backbone for the revenue engine and contribute to shaping our technology strategy and delivering profitable business outcomes.  We are looking for someone to join our team that thrives in a fast paced and collaborative environment and loves problem solving and building for scale.


THE TEAM

Revenue Operations’ mission is to enable the revenue engine to grow quickly and efficiently, from the first touch to ongoing support and expansion with every customer. Our goal is to deliver in-depth insights into how we perform across multiple channels, maintain a solid technical foundation as the business scales, and enable our global Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience teams. We are innovators who thrive on finding wins through improvements to systems, processes, training, and enhanced data intelligence. 


THE ROLE

As the Eventbrite business continues to grow and increase in complexity, we are looking to build on our team of dedicated Salesforce Developers responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce system and the needs of our sales and marketing employee base. Our team has a global footprint, with team members based in Nashville, San Francisco, LA and Cork.

You Will
  • Lead a team of Salesforce developers in complex custom developments of entire applications using Apex and LWC
  • Hold the development teams accountable for quality of code, achieving committed work within a sprint or by project deadlines
  • Work with the team to design solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices and introduce new technologies
  • Lead code reviews to ensure best practice coding processes
  • Lead the implementation of a CD/CI framework for releases
  • Understand and be able to identify bottlenecks across the system and evaluate performance of various components
  • Understands and leads the technical design of solutions that acknowledge the limitations of the Salesforce platform, in particular where large data volumes are concerns
  • Analyze, evaluate and propose technologies to efficiently address requirements in the software design
  • Works with the Director of RevOps and the lead Salesforce Administrator to design the systems architecture of the revops technology stack
  • Execute full lifecycle software development using standard configuration, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, API’s and Force.com applications
  • Advanced knowledge and practical experience with application design principles, patterns, and practice in order to provide immediate short and long term solutions
  • Review and debug existing source code and resolve support requests for existing environments
  • Updates job knowledge by researching new technologies and software products; participates in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations


You Bring
  • 2+ years direct people leadership experience
  • 7+ years of Apex, VF and Salesforce application design and development experience
  • 2+ years of Lighting Framework development experience (LWC)
  • Solid knowledge and experience in Object-Oriented Design and Programming techniques
  • Expertise in Apex development, including in Trigger Frameworks, TDTM, and governor limits
  • Significant experience with Custom API’s, Web Services and Rest API’s and CI/CD systems
  • Solid experience with Salesforce SalesCloud, Communities, Lightning
  • Data management preferred (SQL, XML, JSON)
  • Knowledge of Gainsight, Hubspot, Conga of other business systems preferred
  • Exposure to Integration and BI Tools such as Mulesoft, Tableau, Salesforce Einstein Analytics
  • Understanding of object-oriented concepts, abstraction/inheritance, as well as experience with object-oriented languages
  • Salesforce Developer Certification (current) preferred
