THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Director of Partner Marketing for our Marketing team in Buenos Aires!

As the Senior Director of Partner Marketing at Gympass, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to promote employee wellbeing and engagement. Your primary focus will be to help our partner team acquire, onboard, engage, and retain partners across the globe. You will lead a small, dynamic team and play a critical role in shaping the future of our partner marketing efforts.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the partner marketing strategy, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives. Work closely with the CMO to ensure alignment with the broader marketing initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of partner marketers. Build a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring top-notch marketing talent.
  • Hands-on Involvement: Be a player-coach by actively participating in partner marketing initiatives. Roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team to identify and implement the most efficient ways to acquire partners worldwide.
  • Funnel Management: Oversee partner marketing efforts at all stages of the funnel, from initial acquisition to engagement and retention. Ensure that partner marketing campaigns are data-driven and optimized for success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as sales, product, and operations to ensure seamless partner onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 6+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on partner marketing and B2B marketing.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for health and wellbeing is a must.
