Summary:
As a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager in a company within our network with marketing agency experience. You will play a pivotal role in handling client requests, providing guidance as needed, and effectively coordinating with our internal teams to transform client needs into actionable marketing initiatives. While the primary focus is on client relationship management and coordination, experience in programmatic buying and familiarity with digital service platforms (DSPs) are highly valued.
Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main client contact, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored marketing strategies
• Prepare high-quality client documents and provide expert advice for successful campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a client-facing role within a marketing agency, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management and coordination.
• Experience in programmatic buying, with a deep understanding of DSPs and programmatic advertising platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple client requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency in using digital service platforms (DSPs) for data analysis, campaign tracking, and optimization.
• Familiarity with marketing channels, including digital advertising, social media, content marketing, and SEO/SEM.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for delivering outstanding client service and exceeding client expectations.
