About Company :Traceable (https://www.traceable.ai/ ) is a disruptive cloud native application security and DevSecOps startup headquartered out of the US solving deep technical problems around cloud native application security and DevSecOps. The company is very well funded and recently raised series B of $60 millions. Company is founded by Jyoti Bansal, who was the founder and CEO of AppDynamics and Harness. We are building an exceptionally strong team of engineers in Bangalore and San Francisco and are hiring for key roles in various teams. Our goal is to build a billion dollar revenue company over the next 7 to 8 years. Traceable already has 50+ customers globally including many customers from Fortune 100. Traceable has been growing by ~4x in revenue this year despite serious macro economic challenges in software industry. We are currently a 100+ member engineering team and growing. We are supported by separate marketing, sales, and product.
About The Role :As part of the growing team at Traceable, you will work with an amazing group of data scientists and data platform engineers to build all things next gen application security. You’ll be expected to help conceptualize, code, and deploy data science models at scale using the latest technologies & tools. Key skills include data wrangling, feature engineering, developing ML pipelines and evaluation metrics.

About Role

  • Lead Engagement Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance and optimize lead engagement and scoring to ensure higher-quality leads are passed to the sales team.
  • Marketing Operations: Leverage marketing automation tools like Marketo to streamline marketing processes, and lead management in order to drive efficiencies across the marketing funnel.
  • Website Chat Management: Oversee the operation of Qualified to optimize website chat interactions to engage visitors and convert them into leads.Email
  • Nurture Campaigns: Design and execute A/B tests for email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Create value-based email content that resonates with different segments of the audience.
  • Newsletter Programs: Craft and manage diverse newsletter programs tailored to customers, analysts, traceable field personnel, and investors to maintain engagement and provide valuable insights.Website
  • Call-to-Action: Optimize website CTAs and manage on-page advertising using Trendemon to enhance conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Align and Partner with the demand gen team to optimize paid funnels across channels such as SEM, social media, and display advertising.
  • Dashboard Management: Create and maintain marketing performance dashboards from platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC), Looker, or equivalent, to make data-driven decisions and report on key metrics.
  • Optimize Landing Pages: In partnership with the Demand Gen Team, utilize tools such as Unbounce to create and optimize landing pages that drive conversions and improve user experience.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role with a proven track record of improving lead conversion rates.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead conversion and engagement.
  • Expert in marketing automation tools (specifically Marketo) and CRM platforms (specifically Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with web analytics and dashboard creation (e.g., Looker or similar).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling content for various audiences.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
