We are tackling a $100B+ market opportunity and seeking an ambitious Marketing Programs Coordinator to help us get there. In this role, you'll report to and work closely with the VP of Demand Generation and play a key role in optimizing and scaling our marketing programs.

***This is a Remote position based in the US or Canada. However, if you are in the US, you must be located in a state we are registered to employ in. Those states are as follows; AZ, CA, CO, FL, IL, MA, MN, NJ, NY, NV, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, DC.

What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities):

  • Manage and scale a marketing programs portfolio spanning industry field events, partner events, tradeshows, and digital events, including webinars and podcasts
  • Understand, define, and document the buyer’s journey and translate it into direction for content production and media buys.
  • Manage event and webinar campaign calendar aligned to segmentation strategy: product lines, buyer profiles, industries, account tiers, and use cases.
  • Brainstorm and execute innovative marketing campaigns using data-driven strategies to hit ROMI targets.
  • Collaborate on multi-touch account-based campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions within high-value named accounts.
  • Scale and automate successful campaigns with strong ROI in their experimental phase.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with other teams and stakeholders, focusing on alignment and collaboration
  • Collaborate on event promotional strategy and execution
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of your programs portfolio, optimizing for improved results and forecasting trends.

Who You Are (Skills):

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in performance-focused marketing or demand generation role at a B2B SaaS company or fast-growth startup.
  • Experience with martech tools, including a webinar platform, MA, CRM, etc. (our stack is HubSpot, Salesforce, 6Sense, GA4, Goldcast).
  • Desire to develop their skills in marketing operations, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Self-starter approach, willing to have ownership of projects from day one. Must be highly organized, willing to experiment, and exceed expectations.
  • Clarity of thought, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present ideas and information clearly to all levels of leadership.
  • A curious and creative mentality, obsessed with solving complex problems.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing cross-departmental initiatives and managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on helping prospects and customers achieve their goals.
