We leveraged our technical expertise to deliver the flexibility of VoIP with the reliability of the cellular network and brought this technology to customers' existing landlines. We launched our revolutionary product two years ago and are quadrupling our customer base year over year.

With a remarkable 400% growth in recurring revenue in 2022, we’ve expanded from 17 fully distributed teammates to more than 70, serving clients like KFC, AT&T, state and local governments, General Motors, and homes across America. Community Phone is looking for a Lead Growth Marketing Designer with a strong background in conversion optimization, UX/UI design, and brand identity design. If you love being close to the customer, you’re able to iterate quickly and work well cross-functionally, we’d love to hear from you!

  • Champion Conversion-Oriented Design: Use your design expertise to boost conversion rates and enhance customer experiences from the first touch point.

  • Craft Across Platforms: Create stunning digital (mobile and desktop) and offline graphic designs that showcase our brand identity and our mission.

  • Measure Impact Beyond Metrics: make a real impact beyond surface-level metrics, diving deeper into user engagement and experience.

  • Merge Visual Expertise with UX Know-How: Blend your skill for captivating designs with a rich understanding of user experience and the customer journey to create designs that our customers truly love.

  • Iterate: Transform designs into tangible mockups quickly and continuously by turning customer interviews and feedback into actionable insights, helping us fine-tune our products and marketing strategies.

Our salary ranges for this position is from $80,000 to $105,000. Total compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include (but are not limited to) job-related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees, and specific work location.
