Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Customer Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, possesses a strong background in content marketing, and is adept at creating engaging online content. Competitive salary offered: $1,500 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, ensuring thoughtful and personalized answers (45-50 emails/day).
Address negative comments, questions, and reviews on social media channels and app stores.
Collaborate with sleep coaches, product, and engineering teams to report bugs, crashes, product, and engineering teams to report bugs, crashes, user feedback, and suggest improvements.
Work closely with the marketing team to lead and assist in various projects.
Generate SEO blog content.
Draft and send marketing blast emails.
Create and post content on social media channels.
Maintain all social media channels up to date.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track and analyze performance.
Consolidate reports for marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
English Resume is required
Minimum 1+ years in Similar roles.
Experience in writing SEO blog posts and managing marketing email campaigns.
Social media management experience for businesses (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).s.
Proficient in using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
Knowledge of insomnia and sleep-related issues.
Eye for design/brand and storytelling.
Positive, driven, adaptable, proactive, and result-oriented.
Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Growth and ownership mindset.
