What is Decentralized Masters?

Decentralized Masters is an educational platform that teaches retail customers how to leverage the new world of Decentralized Finance to preserve and grow their capital. We give people the weapons to take back control over their financial future. By leveraging DeFi, we allow them to multiply their capital before it’s eaten by inflation and thrive in these uncertain times. We train customers with no prior crypto experience to become DeFi Masters with our custom made videos, live sessions, 1on1s with mentors, proprietary tools, research reports from our analysts and more. We want to create the biggest DeFi ecosystem that exists. The first step is to invade the market by creating the go-to DeFi educational platform.

What will you be doing?

• Identify the right Ideal Client Profile (ICP), do market research and build all the marketing documents useful to accomplish the missions
• Creative crafting: crafting at least 5-10 creatives per week that hook prospects, get them through our funnels, and condition them to a sale
• Creative coordination: lead the creative team (video editing, copywriting) end-to-end from creative origination till creative testing with documented processes and systems
• Media Buying: Optimizing campaigns, testing creatives efficiently, finding the right targeting (on a daily basis)
• New platforms: Managing new traffic channels and funnels, and buying traffic on new platforms (Yahoo finance, etc.) to get prospects at a better price and manage the risk of being banned from Meta or Google.
• Consulting (Funnel Strategy, Network Compliance, Mapping Out Structures, Editing Copy for Compliance, Video Script and Ad Copywriting, Resources/Access to Training)
• External Tool Setup/Management as needed: Hyros/ Tracking tools, Landing Page/Leadgen Builds (if applicable), etc..
• CRO: Optimising each step of the funnel to drive more conversions, based on actually data and scientific analysis.
• Ultimately hire and manage internally all the resources needed to accomplish your mission and step up into a leadership position within the company

Requirements

What will you bring?

• At least 2 years experience as a Marketing Manager helping scale a High ticket Business with a Sales call funnel - Excellent holistic knowledge of this kind of marketing/sales processes. We want someone who has already done what we’re trying to achieve.
• Expert in direct-response marketing
• Good experience with Facebook and/or Youtube ads. Proof of past performance.
• Good team development and leadership skills.
• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and sales mindset
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
