About the role of Growth Marketing Manager, B2B SaaS

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic marketing manager to lead Gremlin’s growth marketing and demand generation programs. As Gremlin’s Marketing Manager, your scope includes strategizing, developing and executing effective marketing campaigns, introducing best practices to leverage various digital marketing channels, such as owned and earned, as well paid digital channels, and optimizing performance towards KPIs and business objectives. 

As Gremlin’s Marketing Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Drive the conception, execution, and optimization of Gremlin’s growth programs
  • Leverage marketing channels such as email, social, search, influencers,  customer marketing, and more
  • Work cross functionally to identify, nurture and educate leads throughout the buyer's journey
  • Develop compelling copy for emails, ads, and other written content
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize Gremlin’s marketing programs toward relevant KPIs
  • Advise on and manage budgets to maximize efficiency
  • Deliver visibility and insights needed to align marketing activities with growth goals
  • Continuously conduct research, provide recommendations, evaluate,  introduce and implement various marketing channels

As Gremlin’s Marketing Manager, you’ll bring:

  • A deep understanding of the B2B technology buyers and their journeys
  • A drive and determination to optimize for value as well as KPIs across various channels, such as owned earned media, paid channels, and more
  • A strong understanding and passion for all things marketing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A willingness to fail-forward, learn and grow
  • Previous experience working in a scaling SaaS startup
  • Experience managing relationships with our vendors and agencies

As Gremlin’s Marketing Manager, you’ve seen success with:

  • Owning and running campaign calendars 
  • Organic and paid social and search marketing
  • Lead nurturing and qualification programs
  • Marketo and Salesforce campaigns and reporting
  • Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager
