We are a retainer agency, which means that clients pay a fixed amount every month, and you don’t have to estimate every project. So basically, it is a subscription-based product designer. More details about how it works here. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Junior Social Media Manager to join our marketing team and help us elevate our social media presence. 

Position Overview: As a Junior Social Media Manager at Eleken, you will play a crucial role in executing and expanding our social media strategy. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, build and maintain our social media profiles, and interact with our online community. 

Tasks:

• Develop and curate high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with our followers.
• Plan and schedule social media posts using social media management tools. Ensure consistent posting and alignment with content calendars.
• Track and analyze key social media metrics and provide regular reports to the team. Use insights to optimize content strategy and improve performance.
• Collaborate with the design team to create eye-catching graphics, videos, and other multimedia content. Coordinate with other departments for cross-promotional opportunities.

Will be a plus:

• Promote posts and run social advertising (Instagram/Facebook Ads Manager).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in social media management tools.
