Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our small but fast-paced team and provide creative ideas and content to help achieve our ambitious online growth goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing online marketing strategies. This is a 6 month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension.

As a marketing assistant, you will collaborate with our marketing team across the creation and execution of various marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels, with a significant focus on social media, design and email.

This role will help you acquire best-in-class marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies (e.g. SEO, Paid Advertising, Social Media, Email Newsletters, Webinars, Events, PR, Print, etc.). Ultimately, you will gain broad

experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in daily tasks
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. emails, blog posts, social media, newsletters)
• Prepare content for social media, the website and advertising usage (using Canva or Photoshop)
• Help organise webinars
• Social Media management

What are we looking for?

• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Experience designing marketing assets using Canva
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Emails, social media)
• Passion for the marketing industry and eager to learn and grow
• Related undergraduate degree
