About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to support the development and implementation of the promotional roadmap at YSI, on brands including Pulsz and Pulsz Bingo.

As Marketing Operations Executive, you will support the day to day running and operational build of promotional campaigns activities that enhance our player experience, engagement, retention and commercial KPI’s. You will also work closely with the CRM, Product and VIP teams to support regular and ad-hoc promotional activity in those departments.

You’ll be a self-starter who is organised and capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously,

Areas of Responsibility

• Assist in the execution of the promotional roadmap of all YSI brands in an operations capacity – including but not limited to:
• Building of promotional website pages.
• Building of promotional purchase offers in our back office.
• Working in Figma to update purchase offer designs.
• Manage Jira tickets for the promotional roadmap.
• Ensuring deadlines and work is prioritised in a way that ensures enough time for all pre-live QA is done within a reasonable time period.
• Back office campaign set-ups, conducting prize draws, crediting player rewards, etc.
• Working closely with stakeholders and QA teams to ensure that execution of promotions is accurate and checked before going live.

Requirements

• A background in operations or marketing with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Gaming background an advantage (focus on casino and/or bingo preferred).
• Native English level (understanding of North American market a plus).
• Highly organised and proactive with strong attention to detail a must.
• Able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• A strong sense of prioritisation and an enthusiastic, “can do” attitude .
