Description

Tectonic is a leading technology and business services company serving mid-sized business to enterprise customers with a focus on Insight to Action automation in the cloud. Insight to Action is the intersection of big data, analytics, marketing automation, and CRM that provides an integrated approach to automating customer interaction. We are looking for a talented Solution Architect to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead consultative engagements with customers to uncover technical and business goals and challenges
• Create and document customer user stories, requirements, and technical overviews of solutions
• Present solutions to both technical and business clients
• Use SFMC AMPscript, scripting language, to build dynamic content into HTML
• Implement visual elements and their behaviors with user interactions
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external teams during sales and delivery processes

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Development experience using SFMC AMPscript, HTML/CSS, SQL, Javascript
• Strong working experience with dynamic content, interactive templates, and the development of cloud pages
• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud at the API level
• Attention to detail in all aspects of development and communication
