As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing efforts, executing cross-channel campaigns, and optimizing results for maximum impact. We are a small team of highly motivated professionals looking for someone that shares the same passion and attitude towards building amazing solutions for our clients, with a hands on approach and ability to see the big picture.
In this role you will have a direct impact on our clients by helping drive the execution of the projects that will take their marketing efforts to the next level.
- Collaborate with the Accounts lead to deliver the execution of cross-channel B2B campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and target audience.
- Oversee the development of all types of digital content, including but not limited to website content, blog posts, social media posts, emails, videos, and infographics.
- Ensure these programs are developed and delivered in a consistent and timely manner through planning, scheduling, coordinating, tracking, and measuring results for all assigned on a weekly basis.
- Execute a wide-ranging set of digital campaigns, utilizing various platforms and tools to reach and engage our target audience effectively. This includes managing campaigns for both clients and our internal platform, JumpSeat.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to monitor campaign performance and optimize results through analysis of dashboards, reports, and campaign summaries. Help identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate changes to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and competitive.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as accounts, creative and performance marketing, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and cohesive brand messaging.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors, leveraging their expertise to enhance campaign performance and reach.
- Support events coordination and other similar initiatives outside the digital marketing spectrum that complement the multichannel strategies for our clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing will be a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and execution across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics, with the ability to translate business objectives into successful digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems including (but not limited to): Hubspot, WordPress, Unbounce, CallRail, Webflow, Salesforce, Buffer, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube and Databox.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
