The role overview:

As a Sales Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fuelling the growth of our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential leads. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with prospective customers and gather information to determine their interest and fit with our products/services. By employing various lead generation techniques, you will contribute to the overall success of our Sales Team by generating high-quality leads and opportunities.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Utilise various lead generation channels and tools, such as online research, social media platforms, industry databases, and cold calling, to identify and engage with potential leads.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential customers and target segments.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to build a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new lead generation opportunities.

Required Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

  • The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, results-driven and able to work independently.
  • An excellent communicator with a great telephone manner.
  • A background in Telesales and Customer Service would be advantageous.
