We're a fully remote team working across 35+ countries. You'll be joining a passionate team whose resumes include Canva, Figma, GitLab, Google, InVision, Typeform and Zendesk.
In your role, you will work closely with:

Bruno Barroso, Growth Marketing Manager (ex Harvest, Piktochart)
Suzie Docherty, Principal Lifecycle Marketing Manager (ex HotJar, Typeform)
Gosia Kieszkowska, Demand Generation Manager (ex Workfront, Piktochart)
You will partner closely with the VP of Marketing and form part of the Marketing leadership team to build a coherent Marketing strategy that drives business growth
You will develop and lead the execution of Maze’s multi-channel demand generation strategy to identify target segments for acquisition and nurturing, and accelerate cycle times and conversion rates
You will be responsible for setting team targets, defining budgets, and analyzing and reporting on the team’s performance and ROI
You will partner with Business Operations to evaluate the impact of programs, make data-driven optimizations, and report on results and insights across stakeholders
You will build and develop a high-performing growth marketing team, including coaching, L&D, and people management across functions like SEO, paid marketing, lifecycle marketing, and website CRO
You will be responsible for communicating roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across the organization from partner teams to executive levels
You will partner with Sales and align on metrics and ICP segmentation to ensure Marketing delivers relevant, high-quality opportunities
7+ years of experience in demand generation, 3+ years of experience in people management
You have a proven track record of developing, implementing, and scaling multi-channel demand generation strategies that drive Enterprise pipeline
You can create a strategic vision and communicate it in a way that motivates your team and gets buy-in across departments
You have experience working in a high-growth B2B SaaS company contributing directly to its growth story
You have hands-on experience with marketing automation/CRM, web optimization, and data analysis tools, and know how to work with a data team to set up tracking an attribution.
You have a data-driven approach and are great at identifying high-impact tasks and leading the team to launch, learn, and iterate
You’re a problem solver at heart and know how to move things forward with limited resourcing or roadblocks
You have experience working and leading teams in a fully remote environment

We are informed by data and regularly check our salary ranges (either United States or Rest of World) against other venture backed companies. Additionally, we are proud of our holistic and generous benefits offerings, included in every compensation package.
The typical compensation for this role ranges from $123,500 to $167,000. Your salary is dependent upon many factors, including years of experience, expertise, etc. Don’t let the typical compensation range for this role stop you from applying; during your first interview, you can expect to have an open conversation with your recruiter regarding your compensation expectations.
