We help marketers find in-house jobs at U.S.-based startups. Right now, we have a client looking for a talented and experienced B2B Content Marketing Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content marketing strategies that drive lead generation and sales growth. It’s a fully remote, work-from-home job, and the salary is negotiable (in your application below, you should write the salary that you’re comfortable accepting, and we’ll negotiate with the Client on your behalf).
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement content marketing strategies that drive B2B lead generation and sales growth.
Create and manage a content calendar and the corresponding content for various marketing channels, including social media, SEO-friendly blogs, email, webinars, whitepapers, and case studies.
Collaborate with the COO to create visually compelling content that aligns with the brand's messaging and objectives.
Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to track engagement, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
Optimize landing pages using HubSpot, Webflow, and Unbounce to improve conversion rates and increase lead generation.
Manage content creation from ideation to publication, ensuring that all content is high-quality, informative, and engaging.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create technical content for a variety of audiences.
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure that the company's content is always relevant and competitive.
Required experience:
3+ years of experience in B2B content marketing or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
Proven track record of driving lead generation and conversion through content marketing.
Familiarity with SEO, content management systems (CMS), and design tools like Figma.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
Demonstrated experience creating content for social media, email marketing, webinars, whitepapers, and case studies.
Strong understanding of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, and Unbounce.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product.
Interview Notes:
The interview process will be a video submission, then a written submission, then 2 live interviews. In total, the entire interview process shouldn't take you more than 1-2 hours.
Salary: $2,000 USD per month. Let us know if you do NOT want to be paid in USD.
