We’re growing and we are looking to add a Product Marketing Copywriter to our fast-paced and customer-oriented Organic Team. This role reports to the Content Manager. This dynamic team is responsible for driving organic growth for Jungle Scout and creating a content strategy that excites aspiring and established Amazon sellers alike.

Location: We’re a remote-first company and looking to hire this person anywhere between the EST to PST time zones in the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec).

In the Product Marketing Copywriter role, you will: Product marketers aspire to know our customer and our platforms better than anyone else. You help create an experience on the website and in our promotional materials that empowers the customer to visualize their use case and see themselves leveraging Jungle Scout for their Amazon business.

Copywriting

  • Write feature, solution, and homepage copy for the Jungle Scout website.
  • Conduct research and collaborate regularly with the Product team to identify use cases and shape a compelling narrative.
  • Contribute to web strategy, influencing aspects such as navigation revamps or solutions page updates.
  • Craft compelling content for sales collateral and trade show materials.

Product marketing and positioning

  • Collaborate with other channels, including product management, web, and email to enhance our market position and execute impactful product positioning initiatives.
  • Utilize email and in-app messaging to build recognition and awareness of the core aspects that make the product experience exceptional and valuable.
  • Analyze data to optimize messaging, driving product preference, customer adoption, and ensuring consistency across all communications, including website content, case studies, whitepapers, and sales pitches.

Who you are:

  • SaaS Product Marketer or Copywriter. This isn’t your first rodeo! You have 2-4 years of experience in a product marketing or copywriting role at a SaaS company.
  • Wordsmith. You have exceptional writing skills, including crafting compelling go-to-market materials and customer case studies.
  • #clarity Master. You are a pro in translating complex concepts into clear and relatable messaging.
  • Project Manager. You have strong project management skills, the ability to handle conflicting priorities from various stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Remote worker. You have experience working with a distributed team and working remotely to meet deadlines.
  • Bonus! Ecommerce software or Amazon intelligence platform experience is a plus!
