Customer Marketing Program Manager, Strategic Accounts

The Customer Marketing Team is a new function at CircleCI. We focus on accelerating growth in the customer journey from growth of our self-serve B2B product through upsell and expansion into enterprise solutions. As the Strategic Account Customer Marketing Manager, you will work to develop and drive targeted key account programs to generate awareness, quality pipeline, accelerated sales cycles and customer advocacy and adoption.

This individual is accountable for efficiently and optimally translating strategy into executable marketing plans to drive incremental revenue and satisfaction with our enterprise and strategic customers

This position will report to the Director of Customer Marketing and will work closely across all marketing teams, sales, customer success, product, and operations.

What you'll do:
  • Identify enterprise market requirements/opportunities, develop Go-to-Market Strategies and ensure strong alignment with Sales and other cross-functional teams
  • Develop & implement end-to-end enterprise marketing programs including ABM, executive engagement, demand generation, joint partner programs and industry specific initiatives
  • Identify the most effective enterprise marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts
  • Engage & maintain collaboration with cross-functional teams in terms of all pre/post event communications, and enterprise campaigns/promotion strategies
  • Evaluate all campaigns’ impact & return on investment to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment
  • Continue to build out and activation of customer reference program, voice of customer to deliver on strategic account growth for scale/enterprise customers.
  • Alignment and cross functional coordination with sales, cs, and product to focused on enterprise/scale customer base.
What we're looking for:
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders both inside and outside the company
  • The experience and passion to think creatively and generate ideas on how to build robust and unique 1:1 campaigns
  • Experience building and delivering of enterprise field marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs and joint partner activity
  • Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management
  • Project management, prioritization, interpersonal skills, accuracy in performance.
  • Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and proactive attitude

US Salary Range: $91,000-$128,000"
