Blaze.com was born in 2019 as a result of a handful of entrepreneurs who not only had a knack for entertaining others but also an affinity with the iGaming industry. They teamed up and built a new product, setting the bar to an all-new high. Now in just two years, we have created a new category in iGaming by combining social and real-money gaming! We currently have 2,000+ games and 2,000,000+ registered players. Naturally, we can't do all of this as well as all the exciting things we have lined up for the years to follow without the living legends that make our business the success it is today.

A great opportunity for an iGaming experienced CRM Executive to join an exciting, growing group of passionate Internet professionals based all around the world.

You will be directly responsible for CRM lifecycle strategy for Blaze. You will be measured on your ability to impact top-line KPIs; your main objectives are to drive conversion, early life, cross-sell, churn prevention and reactivation rates.

You Will:

  • Manage and deliver customer communication and hyper-segmented campaigns to drive conversion, early life retention and x-sell.
  • Use a data-driven approach in all lifecycle activities across all channels, ensuring ongoing analysis is carried out to determine the ROI, and continually tweak and improve lifecycle offers and player communications to maximize profitability.
  • Implement highly automated journeys to increase efficiency and enable campaigns to scale.
  • Drive mobile engagement and app adoption through cross-sell communications.
  • Manage and optimize player incentive’s budget for lifecycle activities and use prediction modeling to invest CRM spend in the right customer segments to drive upsell and minimize waste.
  • Drive optimisation testing by experimenting with creatives, copy, audience, reward type and reward value.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders on the success of local CRM lifecycle activities, demonstrating a deep understanding of what motivates customers.

Requirements

You Are:

  • At least one year of iGaming experience and CRM experience including life cycle management.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Spoken and written).
  • A self-starter, assertive and proactive.
  • Good understanding of player bonuses and incentives.
  • Understands data, measurement, and a/b testing.
