You. Our Next Senior Director of Marketing.
You’re ready for your next big thing. You’re a multidisciplinary digital marketing leader who understands how to build a highly integrated, full-funnel digital marketing practice. From growing and developing your people to launching new offerings and driving client success, you love pulling them all together to drive impact and watch your KPIs soar.
As the Senior Director of Marketing, you’ll apply deep SME (marketing automation, analytics, paid digital media) to meet and exceed our client and business objectives. Your intimate knowledge of the consumer buyer’s journey will be instrumental as you help shape the practice to drive innovative marketing solutions for our current and future client portfolios.

What You’ll Do.
Develop and implement integrated marketing plans and campaigns across web, content, email, social, and digital media channels.
Lead, mentor, hire, and train a team of marketing professionals.
Work cross-collaboratively with agency teams (client services, content, creative, web, etc) to drive high-level strategy and successful execution of marketing initiatives that achieve our clients' business objectives.
Ensure a consistent brand experience across all marketing touchpoints, including but not limited to digital advertising, traditional media, collateral, and digital presence.
Assign and manage projects between internal resources and external vendors depending on project needs and allocated budget.
Create and maintain monthly reports and dashboards from numerous digital analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and native social media platforms.
Synthesize data into insights and actions, provide recommendations, and effectively communicate results and next steps to clients.
Identify opportunities to promote the eCity brand to grow the pipeline of new clients.
Why You’re Great.
7-10 years of full-funnel digital marketing experience, with the ability to drive complex, user-center strategy across a breadth of digital tactics.
Deep expertise in paid media and budget management - advertising agency and/or consulting experience big plus.
Strong servant leadership, with a passion for investing and developing others. Leads with humility, ownership, transparency, and team empowerment.
Experience with CRM/Email Marketing automation platforms including Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Social Media Advertising.
Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills with an executive presence.
Experience creating sophisticated analytics dashboards and reports; A/B testing.
💰Base Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 (commensurate with experience)
