About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing automation systems, with a focus on HubSpot. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, track performance and analyze data to drive results.

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing demand and ensuring the integrity of our data structure and integrations. Additionally, you will work to improve lead flow and create processes that can accommodate growth. Your efforts will help to increase efficiency and drive better results for our marketing campaigns.

Regarding the team members, you will be part of a dynamic, goal-oriented marketing team that values open, honest, and collaborative communication. This role offers ample opportunity for career progression and the ability to explore various areas within marketing operations, such as data analysis, campaign management, and more. Additionally, this role provides a lot of responsibility that will allow you to excel in your area as well as expand in creative areas of interest.


  • Manage and optimize our marketing automation systems, with a focus on HubSpot
  • Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns and track performance
  • Analyze data to drive results and make data-driven decisions
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations and success metrics
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing automation and analytics systems
  • Turn Hack The Box's ecosystems into one universe to assure a unified experience between our hacking community and our enterprise customers


  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on CRM automation (familiarity with HubSpot is definitely a plus)
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices and principles
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • An eye for detail

Bonus points

  • Familiarity with data & analytics software (e.g., Segment, Databox, Google Analytics, etc.) will be considered a plus
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing metrics will also be considered a plus (we love our CPA and CAC)
