We are currently in search of a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team to help drive the growth of our online education and media business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to improve acquisition and retention. And, you will own analysis, reporting and optimizations to achieve lifecycle marketing goals.



  • As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution for newsletter acquisition, email marketing for online education and media business
  • You will report to the Director of Growth Product and work closely with cross-functional teams such as editorial, design, and engineering
  • Develop and implement the overall email marketing strategy to drive retention and loyalty for mindbodygreen’s newsletters and optimize flows for the online education business to drive acquisition. Collaborate with the ecommerce Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
  • Manage and optimize all sms and email marketing campaigns using Attentive and Iterable, including segmentation, automation, and personalization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive website optimization and conversion rate optimization, especially to improve capture rate for mindbodygreen’s newsletters
  • Continuously analyze and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for improvements
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in CRM and Loyalty marketing
  • Continuously test and optimize email content, targeting, and segmentation


  • 3+ years of experience in CRM and Loyalty marketing
  • Experience with Iterable email marketing platform required
  • Strong understanding of lifetime value models, cohort retention models, and segmentation
  • Experience with website optimization and conversion rate optimization. You will work
  • Strong understanding of email and sms marketing and customer retention strategies
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with web analytics tools such as Looker a plus
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except the states of New York and Colorado.
