Responsible for all day-to-day release campaign management and work directly with artists and their team in executing the agreed upon marketing strategy & budget

Create adapted social media content and refresh assets across all artist platforms for each new artist release

Develop, execute and monitor marketing and promotional activities for new artist release in close collaboration with head of partnership

Lead artist on-boarding into IndieFlow’s artist development program

Responsible for completing playlist pitches

Expertise of current social media platforms and trends (TikTok, FB, IG, Snapchat) and previous experience with Facebook Business manager

Knowledge of Spotify for Artist, Apple Music for Artist, Amazon for Artist, Deezer for Artist and YouTube studio

DSP relations a plus

Responsible for digital product delivery for the artist enrolled in the artist development program

A&R: partake in the discovery of new repertoire and creatively adapt and collaborate with artist to repackage existing repertoire for appropriate release campaigns

Prior music marketing experience required

Works under the direction and reports to the Head of Partnerships

Graphic design & video editing skills required (Canva, Adobe Express)

Location: Remote/Nashville area preferred
