About the Role:

Join us at Keep as a Marketing Lead, where your extensive expertise in marketing strategy and execution becomes a pivotal element of our brand growth and competitive positioning. In this vital role, you won't just be overseeing marketing campaigns; you'll be crafting and nurturing the narrative of our brand, building lasting customer relationships, and driving our market presence. Your strategic vision and in-depth understanding of marketing trends will be crucial in navigating our path through the dynamic and evolving fintech sector.

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and market penetration.

  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends and customer insights to inform marketing decisions and strategies.

  • Leading day-to-day operations of the marketing operation, ensuring efficient and impactful campaign execution.

  • Implementing and refining marketing processes and procedures for increased effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to customer communications and brand representation.

  • Advising on marketing aspects of new product launches, service offerings, or business ventures.

  • Utilizing the latest marketing technology and data analytics tools to optimize marketing performance and customer engagement.

  • You are adept at analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to drive strategic marketing decisions.

  • You have demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate effectively across various departments.

  • You possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, crucial for compelling storytelling and brand messaging.

  • You are proficient with marketing tools and platforms, and have a strong grasp of data analytics to enhance marketing insights and actions.
