Mission:

This role is responsible for overseeing a company's interactions with the public and/or relevant stakeholders by implementing social media platforms' content strategies. She/he will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication between brand team and key stakeholders (or something about streamlining communication between teams and channels);
  • Collaborate on omnichannel marketing efforts - aligning content efforts across email, blog, web, social, influencer, and PR;
  • POS development and management;
  • Activation and Event Management;
  • Lead, control and track all Americas POSM executions with 100% delivery on time and with quality;
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content on daily/weekly basis (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news), including Instagram, and any additional channels identified as a strategic opportunity;
  • Monitor SEO/SEM and web traffic metrics; ATL + BTL campaigns and media planning
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, technologies and social media trends to recognize challenges and opportunities;
  • Leverage excellent presentation and story-telling skills, passion and energy to be the primary advocate for the brand internally (e.g. management presentations, sales force meetings etc.) and externally;

Requirements:

  • A highly motivated self-starter with strong passion and enthusiasm for building a global #GruppoMontenegro community;
  • BS/BA Marketing, Media and or Communications Degree;
  • 4+ years of relevant working experience working with exposure to CPG and Spirits categories;
