职责：

• 制定并执行Web3 公链产品的战略规划，确保与公司整体战略一致。分析市场趋势、竞争对手、用户需求，制定长期产品路线图。
• 协助市场团队进行产品推广，制定有效的营销策略，提高产品的知名度和市场份额。
• 借助数据分析工具，监控产品性能和用户行为，提供数据驱动的反馈，优化产品体验和运营策略。
• 识别和评估产品开发中可能出现的风险，制定相应的风险应对方案，确保项目的顺利进行。
• 持续关注Web3 公链行业的最新动态和技术变化，确保公司产品始终处于行业的前沿。

要求：

• 具备5年以上互联网产品经理经验，有成功推出并运营过Web3 公链产品的经验者优先。
• 熟悉敏捷开发流程，出色的团队协作和沟通能力，能够有效协调跨部门工作，推动项目的进展。
• 精通 PRD 编写，具备良好的逻辑思维和表达能力。
• 对前端、后端技术有一定了解，能够理解并协调技术实现。
• 对 Web3 行业感兴趣，关注行业动态。对新技术和新理念保持敏感，具备创新思维和解决问题的能力。
• 具备快速学习新知识的能力，能够不断适应快速变化的行业环境。

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure the project progresses according to the plan; coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure project resources and progress are secured; organize and conduct meetings related to the project to ensure smooth information flow.
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, maintain close communication with design, development, testing, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Write high-quality, clear product requirement documents (PRD), including but not limited to functional requirements, performance requirements, user experience design, etc.; continuously optimize and update PRD to adapt to project changes and user feedback.
• Design and optimize the user experience of Web3 public chain products, develop user-friendly interfaces and features to enhance product user satisfaction and engagement.
• Develop and execute the strategic planning of Web3 public chain products, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy. Analyze market trends, competitors, and user needs to create a long-term product roadmap.
• Assist the marketing team in product promotion, develop effective marketing strategies to increase product awareness and market share.
• Utilize data analysis tools to monitor product performance and user behavior, provide data-driven feedback to optimize product experience and operational strategies.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks in product development, formulate corresponding risk response plans to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technological changes in the Web3 public chain industry to ensure the company's products are always at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience as an internet product manager, with preference given to those who have successfully launched and operated Web3 public chain products.
• Familiar with agile development processes, excellent teamwork, and communication skills, capable of effectively coordinating cross-departmental work to drive project progress.
• Proficient in PRD writing, with strong logical thinking and expression skills.
• Some understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, able to comprehend and coordinate technical implementations.
• Interest in the Web3 industry, keeping an eye on industry trends. Sensitivity to new technologies and concepts, with innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new knowledge, continuously adapt to a rapidly changing industry environment.
