The objective for the Content Marketing Manager role is to build & manage content & marketing campaigns, drive awareness of our brand, execute engagement with our content and fuel the marketing/sales funnel with Early Qualified Leads (EQLs), Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), which will be nurtured to drive conversions to enable sales revenue.

Job Description

The Sr. Manager Content Marketing will work closely with Thought-Leadership/Content leader, Regional & Vertical marketing leaders, Product Marketing, Customer Success and Sales to manage the day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts for the specified business channel, including project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking (KPI) and reporting as necessary.

This position plays a significant role in planning and executing enhancing marketing & communications campaigns while also driving enterprise-wide projects. The role will support Global Thought Leadership & Content and collaborate cross-functionally with the Global Brand, Regional & Vertical Marketing, Digital, Demand Activation/Generation, Public Relations, Customer Success and Product Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

· Develop, execute, and report content campaigns designed to generate high-quality MQLs in support of NIQ commercial priorities. Collaborate with Marketing Leaders- Demand Generation/activation, commercial leads and product marketing teams to create integrated content marketing plans for key priorities, developing content plan, story, and key messages as well as managing the drafting, revisions, and execution of high-quality campaign content

· Develop NIQ Centers of Excellence (CoE) content marketing & thought leadership campaigns across integrated channels, while teaming with marketing leads and sales development reps to execute programs; Work with internal or external creative teams to develop compelling communications– email, landing pages, website content, etc.

· Manage the development and execution of webinar series and execution of live events; Drive cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure the successful promotion of all webinars (and support marketing tactics, i.e. emails, registration, reporting to deliver impactful webinar series with high-quality MQLs; Ensure webinar and content syndication programs align with key campaign objectives and KPIs; Savvy with webinar and marketing automation platform technologies

· Execute content strategy throughout owned (website, social) and paid (social ads, Google ads) channels, aligning with SEO best practices and leveraging performance analytics to improve engagement and conversion; Develop short-form content, social media posts, marketing emails, marketing landing pages, and collaborate / support SMB Content Lead; Manage SMB marketing campaign content development; creating a clear, engaging story and value proposition for SMB segment

· Draft, review, and revise web content for insights, solutions, about, and landing pages, effectively and accurately incorporating NIQ data into content as appropriate

· Execute project management practices while partnering with many cross-functional stakeholders to share campaign results, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions

· Ensure content maintains brand voice and reaffirms the brand promise of Full View

· A storyteller, with a talent for simplifying complex stories and concepts through an economy of words, relevant examples, as well as resonant ideas and imagery

· Exceptional writing skills in a marketing and communication environment, including editing and proofreading.

· Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to share and promote ideas across global teams.

· Understand performance analytics, including how to iterate and optimize content based on feedback and data.

· Tech-savvy ability to learn and incorporate digital tools into daily use.

· Ability to grasp complexities and nuances of solutions portfolio and simplify differentiated capabilities into clear marketing content.

Qualifications

· 5+ years’ experience in Digital Integrated Marketing in a corporate or agency environment; MUST HAVE experiences in Retail CPG business

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, liberal arts, or business; Master’s degree a plus.

· Examples that show off your marketing, communication, writing, and project management skills.

· Great writer that is able to tailor content to various digital and external channels.

· A strong understanding of B2B content and campaign dynamics, including email and social marketing best practices.

· Proven success in driving results-oriented content strategies to serve uniquely targeted audiences.

· Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices.

· Experience with web, social analytic tools, or an ability to incorporate new tools into regular use
