We do support over +160 different property management brands throughout the United States. Our virtual team members work exclusively to supercharge guest services, reservations, marketing, bookkeeping, IT support, and other core business functions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving our marketing efforts, with a focus on creating impactful campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
1. Email Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop and execute compelling email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Implement engaging drip campaigns to grow the sales pipeline and achieve quarterly and annual objectives.
2. Digital Marketing Optimization:
- Continuously optimize web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and other advertising campaigns to meet performance goals.
- Develop new content and campaign ideas aligned with the broader marketing strategy.
3. Reporting and Analysis:
- Create and maintain monthly marketing KPI reports.
- Communicate results to stakeholders for digital marketing campaigns.
- Use data analysis skills to make informed decisions and tell compelling stories with the data.
4. Content Development:
- Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, reports, webinars, and infographics.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative assets for campaigns.
5. Partnership Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external marketing partners, providing direction and project management for digital agencies and contract designers.
- Manage an internal, remote technical marketer based overseas.
6. Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
- Manage marketing automation on HubSpot and optimize lead handling processes.
7. Analytics and Collaboration:
- Establish closed-loop analytics with the sales team to understand how inbound marketing activities contribute to customer acquisition.
- Coordinate go-to-market activities with the sales team, seeking input to improve deal conversion rates.
- Create sales enablement tools as required/agreed upon.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Location: Extenteam is based in Miami, FL, however, our workforce works all across the country and beyond, and this position can be done remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
