Tahzoo is hiring a
Head of Marketing Analytics

What You'll Be Doing:

• Orchestrate the marketing strategy for clients and create marketing proposals based on that strategy
• Be involved and comfortable with regular client facing interactions
• Running and presenting weekly reports to clients

• Designing, building and managing the appropriate Dashboard
• Researching and producing figures for Marketing SOW's
• Creating Marketing Proposals
• Consulting with clients on best data practices
• Running internal reports for performance gauging and sales support
• Managing the analytics team
• Producing Project Management analytics deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the Marketing, Digital Marketing or MarTech field
• 6-8 years of experience in a senior level role with a focus on strategy development with 2-3 of those years reporting directly to C-suite level executives
• 2+ years of experience managing a team as well as having the ability to build a team
• Proven experience in marketing strategy and data analytics, preferably in an agency or consulting environment
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms specifically Power BI, Looker Studio and Snowflake
• Experience with building and presenting slide decks to C-level executives
• Highly skilled in building SOWs and proposals, ideally with the upper level management team
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in UTM coding
• Proven client facing experience, particularly with upper level management stakeholders
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
