Creative Report Writing Delivery Consultant

CampusWorks’ Creative Report Writing / Delivery Consultant is part of the Service Development and Delivery (SDD) team focused on client success.  This role is intended to enhance our final reports templates and develop forward thinking, client-specific templated deliverables for our services delivery team.  This person will use creative writing and presentation development skills to create report templates following the CampusWorks style guide and stay true to the brand while ensuring the delivery is impactful and differentiating for the client. This role requires comprehending then enhancing complex information in a collaborative environment while stiving for high quality and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the creative lead for report templates for our higher education consulting services.  Manage development and production of identified marketing materials.
• Able to collaborate with all service delivery departments on report projects and other deliverables. Look for trends that will make report template maintenance in the long term as simple as possible while allowing for the most compelling deliverables.  Also seek to thread consistency through the deliverables where that makes sense.
• Work closely with Marketing on style guide, concepts, infographics, and copy to deliver on-brand presentations and reports.
• Ability to take provided findings and strategically place within report templates to provide compelling deliverables.
• Collaborate with all teams on crafting, proofing, and reviewing presentations for each client.
• Work in a fast-paced environment on tight deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree journalism, communications, marketing, or similar field with an interest/passion in creative design and impactful communication .
• Highly-skilled in the Microsoft platform especially in Word, Powerpoint and then experience with  LucidCharts/Visio. When it comes to LucidCharts/Visio, experience with competitive solutions will be considered.  Report templates will require integration of charts from other tools into the Microsoft platform. 
• In this position, we require as strong commitment to branding considerations.  Embracing our messaging and bringing that consistently into the report deliverables is important .
• Significant experience in higher education, preferred.
• 5 years professional experience as a report writer or presentation/report writer.   Creative writing skills are a plus.
• Strong storytelling/communication skills.
• Experience building presentation decks or collaborating on presentation deck-building projects.
• Strong portfolio of previous report and presentation projects.
