Karo Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Search Specialist to join our team. Currently we are looking for an ambitious Search Specialist in our office in Maidenhead, the UK. The Search Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing search marketing strategies for our house of brands across Europe that is aligned to the Path to Purchase and Global media guidelines. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial flair, who will be working in global team operating across different brands and markets and has a practical working knowledge of SEM & SEO.

• Identify and plan a keyword strategy for appropriate campaigns
• Plan and implement SEO and PPC plans, with defined targets using customer insight and analytics data
• Understands how to set-up, monitor and measure SEM campaigns using e.g. Google Ads
• Hands-on management of SEM Accounts for Karo brands
• Keyword Research: Identify and target keyword opportunities
• Developing innovative PPC strategies and tailoring these to specific projects
• Responsible for improving content & keyword list working with content managers in Karo
• Responsible for search budgets and defining measurement of ROI, along with KPIs and relevant metrics
• Track and analyze performance campaign data from digital campaigns, and use insight to improve PPC quality scores and digital marketing targets
• Work closely with internal departments responsible for content management and other social media campaigns, to formulate an integrated marketing strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in search engine marketing, search engine optimization, or digital marketing
• Experience managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
• Understanding on SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Content marketing and ability to put plans into practise working with our global brand teams
• Project management skills and ability to deliver on time
• Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and teams
• Analytical mind to analyze data and metrics and translate insight into actionable strategies
• Passionate about digital marketing and attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team
