Our client is seeking a paid social media contractor who will work with their internal global paid social team to support the strategy and execution for their international social media programs.

This position is with a team working out of the Bellevue, WA office, but can be based in other US locations. It will require some meetings and calls outside Pacific time zone business hours as we work closely with teams in the EMEA and APAC time zones.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of global paid social media programs in partnership with markets of all sizes.
  • Supporting reporting and insights for internal (social /corporate team) and external (field teams) visibility; using analytics to derive actionable insights across markets and plan improvements in a scalable manner.
  • Working within our processes to help manage campaigns globally across multiple social media platforms: coordinating assets and targeting, getting approvals, publishing with appropriate tracking, and keeping markets appraised of performance.
  • Developing strong working relationships with internal teams while balancing the needs of local markets with global corporate marketing priorities and KPIs.
  • Troubleshooting parameters, performance, platforms, tools, etc. to ensure campaigns are set up for success, maintain strong performance, and hit stakeholder goals.
  • Review and understand key reporting and insights for internal (social /corporate team) and external (field teams) visibility; use analytics to derive insights across markets and plan improvements in a scalable manner.
  • Acting as a strategic and tactical resource to a junior team member.
  • Working with a high degree of autonomy and ownership while maintaining strong inter and cross-team collaboration.


Our paid social team is proactive, highly driven, creative, data-driven, results-focused, and is accountable for initiatives to drive traffic, leads, and pipeline that support our prospects’ journey to conversion and our customers experience with the product.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in paid social media strategy, execution, including some degree of ownership of paid digital channels.
  • Passion for providing world-class customer experiences; experience working in corporate or agency environment with B2B or technology brands is a plus.
  • Experience working in a global environment with remote teams and can clearly articulate complex ideas in an easy to digest manner.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills; can see the “big picture” while managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience with more advanced excel formulas; can assess and analyze full funnel performance, show results, and tell the story.
  • Highly organized and ability to keep to deadlines.
  • Experience with the following tools and platforms:
    • NEEDED Sprinklr, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Adobe
    • NICE TO HAVE Tableau, Salesforce, Marketo, Opal, Dynamic Signal.

Benefits

Compensation: $70k-$85k
