Senior Digital Learning Expert

KOSTAL Group is a global, family-owned German company that develops market-leading solutions for the solar and automotive industries. In Hungary, KOSTAL is about to build its first business service centre to provide business support in IT, finance, procurement, master data, sales and HR fields. This will be a global centre with high value-added and complex processes which you can help to build. 

This is your role if you would like to shape the future of learning at KOSTAL by providing state-of-the-art learning offers in digital formats to learners globally. You will facilitate the internal creation of digital learning content, select and purchase learning offers from external providers, and curate the digital learning portfolio as a member of the Corporate Learning team. If you are passionate about digital learning, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Your tasks can be performed fully remotely – with occasional office presence – from any location in Hungary.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Advise and support business functions and HR teams in the production of digital learning offers
• Further develop, implement and continuously improve structures, processes and tools for our digital learning activities
• Enable internal authors and facilitate our digital learning community
• Select and cooperate with external partners (e.g. content providers, producers)
• Purchase and curate digital learning content (e.g. eLearning/WBTs, videos, tutorials)
• Lead transformation projects towards a digital learning culture

• 3+ years of relevant working experience in adult learning
• Extensive experience in the design process of digital learning offers
• Strong ability to work in virtual and international teams
• Knowledge of common authoring tools and learning management systems
• College or University degree in adult learning, learning psychology or a related field
• Fluent in English and Hungarian
