Demand Generation Manager

Flipside Crypto is looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategies to generate leads and revenue for the company. You will be a member of the Marketing team, and will work closely with the Enterprise Sales team to align efforts and use data and analytics to measure and improve performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in demand generation, a deep understanding of the sales process, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the business pipeline creation; including conference and seminar strategy, webinar, blog and social posts, and digital email and social marketing campaigns. 
• Work closely with the Sales Team, enabling them to meet their targets and objectives.
• Build an annual digital marketing plan, strategy and execution.
• Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials, one pagers, collateral, and outward facing sales content.
• Build and create social media content, (ie: Linked In, Twitter, Instagram, etc).
• Develop a content strategy for webinars, youtube channel, blog posts and other content creation that drives call to action. 
• Drive the implementation of digital marketing campaigns through email outreach that meets business objectives and drives leads.
• Manage conference activation and lead collection.
• Work in tandem with Sales to create a Hubspot flow of lead tracking; use data analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in demand generation marketing, preferably within the technology start-up industry.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and market data into actionable insights.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
