The Chief Client Officer’s primary responsibility spans four key areas: growth, profitability, forecast accuracy and client satisfaction. They lead Brado’s Client Partnership Team along with the Client Engagement, Contracts and Compliance and Project Management teams. Working with leadership at Brado, they ensure a viable new business pipeline across a broad set of organizations in the health and life sciences verticals.

This role reports to the Chief Operations Officer and has a team of 5 direct reports and approximately 15 employees who report up indirectly. Candidates must have a deep background in marketing agency leadership and business development. While much of the work is done remotely, the ideal candidate will be located in St. Louis, MO or Dallas/Fort Worth, TX so they can be regularly on-site with other members of the Executive Leadership Team.

As Brado works to reinvent the way healthcare brands engage with people, this position will play a key role in leading the internal energy and engagement needed to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Lead and develop a high-performing group of Client Partners.

  • Aligns Client Partner capacity to revenue projections.
  • Onboards Client Partners with support of other functional leaders and HR.
  • Determines assignments for Client Partners
  • Provides coaching for Client Partners on client relationships and BD efforts.

Establish and deliver 3- year, annual and quarterly revenue plans that are aligned with the goals of the organization.

  • Includes the breakdown/plan to achieving forecast (by client, by quarter/month)
  • Develop all Brado pricing, both core frameworks/methodologies as well as all pricing proposed to clients/prospects.
  • Continuously seeks ways to optimize the Brado revenue model.
  • Define and manage Brado CRM and sales pipeline.
  • Maintain and grow a personal client portfolio that aligns with the revenue goals of the organization.

Ensure quality of work and client satisfaction across all CP accounts.

  • Drive any needed improvements to support Client Satisfaction NPS goals.
  • Coordinate development and delivery of all SOWs
  • Partner with compliance, finance, and IT on the execution of all master service agreements and other required client agreements (e.g., data/privacy requirement, system/security agreements).

Partner and key stakeholder in Brado branding, positioning, and service development.

  • In partnership with the COO and service line leads, provide market feedback to continuously optimize Brado offerings to meet client needs.
  • In partnership with the COO and service line leads, organize and initiate Brado marketing needs.
    • Ensure ELT alignment on impactful strategy, positioning, and messaging.
    • Marketing includes Brado advertising, B2B efforts, website, thought leadership, along with conference selections and participants.
  • Helps drive strategy for packaging, pricing, and marketing new products.

 

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years in a strategic role within a marketing agency
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team.

  • Adhere with all Brado and client required training and guidelines for market research and healthcare industry regulations and laws. Specifically (but not limited to) Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Healthcare Providers (HCPs) processes and reporting, Ethics, Confidentiality, Data Privacy / Security and Harassment.
  • Willingness to travel and be flexible in scheduling to accommodate project needs.
