We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for all paid media buying efforts across paid social and search, with a particular focus on Meta advertising. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and creative development..The ideal candidate will have extensive experience media buying and deep understanding of paid channels, while staying up to date with the rapid changes in the digital marketing and ecommerce space.

As such, this specific position is open to remote candidates who possess the necessary skills, experience, and dedication to contribute to our team's success. **Please note that for this role, we are looking for someone on EST timezone. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across all relevant channels, including paid social and search. Key channels include Meta, Tiktok and Google.  
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on a daily basis to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs
  • Ensure proper pixel implementation, server to server integrations (ie CAPI), and product catalog management is in place to maximize signals across channels. 
  • Work closely with the Director of analytics and VP of Growth to analyze data, incrementality and media mix modeling to continuously improve campaign performance and drive profitable growth
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid media buying and implement them into the company's strategy, with a special focus on AI development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and engineering, to ensure all campaigns align with company goals
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality execution and delivery of campaigns
  • Monitor and report on advertising spend and performance, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Manage team of Growth Assistants to execute on tactical needs of business, such as budget changes and creative uploading. 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of media buying experience with a track record of success in driving growth through paid media channels
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive insights to optimize campaigns
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and Google advertising platforms, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative best practices and campaign management tools
  • Experience in analyzing creative trends and developing effective advertising creative
  • Ability to manage global advertising efforts and work with teams across different time zones
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field

Compensation Range: $100,000-$140,000

The above compensation range is an estimate and may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the ideal candidate.
