Role Description

Lucky VR has an immediate opening for a Content Moderator. As a member of our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating reports of toxicity from our player community. You will work closely with our Content Moderators to help in ensuring our game is a safe, fun and inclusive experience for everyone. It is important to understand that this role requires exposure to content that may be deemed inappropriate, toxic and/or contain highly explicit material. 

Responsibilities 

• Content review and moderation, including reviewing content categorized as abusive or toxic.
• Ability to quickly analyze and disseminate information, making judgment calls on questionable, or edge case content
• Strong collaboration skills, working with various departments to analyze data and improve moderation practices as a whole
• Strong communication skills, ability to track and analyze moderation reports at a large scale and share learnings with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Community to address and respond to safety concerns as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a relevant, similar, or related field such as Content Moderation or Customer Support (Games industry experience is a plus)
• You are hardworking and eagerly embrace the challenge of solving problems, both with software and soft skills.
• You are resourceful, flexible and hold yourself accountable and persevere in the face of obstacles.
• Strong understanding of current and social events, as well as political and historical news in the media. 
• Updated with latest trends in online communities.  
• Ability to work in fast and evolving environments with an eye for detail. 
• Passion for video gaming and data analysis. 
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, work under pressure and manage your time efficiently.
