Requirements

• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• Self-organized and very accurate to details;
• Time management skills;
• Problem-solving and analytics skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Excellent coordination skills and ability to build strong cross-departmental relationships;
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan the campaigns schedule;
• Creating tournament pages on the website, updating and maintaining roadmaps;
• Monitor the readiness of promotional materials and the development of custom icons and banners;
• Track the progress and deadlines. Always work to improve the promo materials;
• Coordination of all promo delivery tasks;
• Preparing Terms & Conditions for Promo Campaign;
• Newsletters notification for clients about our promo activities;
• Communicate with various teams and inform all stakeholders about the readiness of campaigns;
• Plan and give weekly updates on the release activities.

Will be a plus

• Experience in email marketing;
• Еxperience in Adobe Photoshop;
• Experience with After Effects / Premiere Pro (basic / intermediate level);
• Promotions life cycle knowledge;
• Experience in copyrighting.
