What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be the ultimate advocate and voice of the customer. Through surveys, 1:1 interviews, and focus groups, you’ll be working across products and departments to drive customer-focused change throughout the business.

  • Mining the market for trends, intel, and opportunities, you’ll be a key cog in helping us identify new opportunities and owning the strategies that help us tap into them.

  • From features to markets to products, you’ll be the internal go-to when it comes to building and executing Go-to-Market strategies.

  • From prosumer all the way through to six-figure enterprise sales, you’ll work closely with the marketing and sales team to create compelling enablement assets that help internal teams sell more effectively.

  • Would this even be a PMM job description without mentioning positioning and messaging?! You’ll be the sole owner of ensuring our positioning and messaging resonate with market needs and goals, and that we’re using cutting-edge storytelling techniques.

  • Building personas, ensuring adoption, and rolling out hyper-focused ICPs for the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create super-personalised and segmented customer journeys.

  • Working with the Product Manager to ensure our product roadmaps are in-line with customer and market needs.

  • Direct line management of the Head of Customer Success.

 

Skills & experience:

  • At least 3 years experience in a product marketing role

  • Proven experience owning GTM strategies

  • Comfortable working independently and building the PMM function from the ground up

  • Highly effective cross-functional team management

  • Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies

  • Proven ability to pick up new technologies quickly

  • Comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple products across multiple communities

 

Location:

This role can be hybrid or fully remote within the United Kingdom
