Pager is looking for a passionate health / healthcare leader to assist in the build out and expand our health & well-being product engagement experience. This person must be a hands-on leader who has deep experience serving as the voice of the customer to deliver true value to our members.
This position will have a critical voice in our digital health & well-being platform strategy within the product organization, including areas like member / patient engagement, desktop and mobile user experience, interoperability, reporting and analytics, personalization, engagement marketing, and incentive design.
The primary focus of this role will be on the early stages of the member / patient journey: driving awareness, adoption, engagement, outcomes, and creating valued and sustained member relationships. To be successful, this team member will build working relationships across the organization, including with client services, sales, technology, operations, marketing, and customer service. This role will also collaborate closely with clients and external partners, convening the expertise and talents necessary to plan, execute, and manage successful engagement projects.

In this role you will drive our engagement strategy. You will partner with Product Management to develop capabilities and sit with clients and client success to strategize on driving impact. To be successful, this leader must bring a passion for payer-oriented well-being and deep experience in B2C engagement marketing. The core however is Product Strategy and this role will be instrumental to develop multiple aspects of our health & well-being platform to make it more appealing to consumers. The Senior Director plays a key role in helping to translate market needs into investment ideas while overseeing subsequent analysis, business case creation, prioritization, planning, development, and go-to-market activity.
We have a highly collaborative culture and this role partners very closely with Sales, Client Success, Clients, Operations, Informatics, and Technology. We need you to be creative, have an ability to see opportunities in complex problems, have ideas on how to fix healthcare, and help stakeholders; so they can be brought along. A rewarding element of this role is developing capabilities that get people to the help they need to live healthier lives.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure our well-being product line is perceived as the market leader in its domain
• Manage and sustain a best-in-class engagement levels
• Ensure solutions deliver effectiveness, efficiency, superlative experiences, and innovation.
• Ensure external and internal stakeholders understand the our products and value proposition contextually
• Increase revenue opportunities through growth in features, use cases, and markets for product verticals
• Increase company brand value
For Colorado, Nevada, and New York-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the pay range for this position is $155,000 to $185,000. The compensation package may include stock options, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The range listed only applies to Colorado, Nevada, and New York.
