As the Field and Partner Marketing Manager for EMEA South & Central (DACH, France, Iberia), you will be responsible for driving growth in one of our key markets in the EMEA sales region. The person in this brand new role will be accountable for development of strategic marketing plans to support achievement of our business goals for EMEA. This person serves as the marketing business partner for the EMEA sales country manager and will directly support the rapidly growing ExtraHop EMEA sales team.  The person in this role will also participate in the planning of our broader marketing plans for the EMEA sales region.

This person will engage with ExtraHop’s partners (channel partners and technology partners) to develop and execute co-marketing programs that generate leads, create revenue, and build brand awareness.

If you’re data-driven and enjoy analyzing the performance of your marketing program investments in order to continuously optimize results and maximize marketing’s impact on our sales pipeline, then this is the perfect role for you.  The person in this role will be called on to provide reports and communicate insights into our EMEA marketing investments and be confident in making real-time decisions about where our marketing investments are working and where they need to be redirected, based on data.  In partnership with ExtraHop’s marketing team, the Field and Partner Marketing Manager in EMEA will be instrumental in ensuring that ExtraHop’s brand, messaging and positioning are consistent and aligned with our corporate marketing strategy.

While reporting directly to the EMEA Marketing leader based in UK, the person in this role will work closely with all functions within the ExtraHop EMEA and global organization - especially sales, marketing, and business development. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identifies, defines and executes marketing strategies and activities in EMEA
  • Translates and transcreates the global marketing initiatives from global to local scale and tailors suitable activities to the markets in EMEA
  • Seeks alignment between global marketing guidelines and local market needs to further improve a suitable go-to-market strategy for EMEA
  • Provides tailored marketing plans for EMEA team in alignment to support sales growth and the increment of brand awareness in EMEA
  • Holds and manages event activities across EMEA, such as online webinars, live/ virtual exhibitions, trade shows and other industry related events in order to extend the reach of ExtraHop within EMEA
  • Works in partnership with the distribution channel to build out partner co-marketing campaigns for EMEA
  • Plans and executes co-funded marketing activities that support EMEA channel and technology partner strategy and business objectives
  • Manages the execution and reporting of the annual marketing budget for EMEA
  • Localize and executes multi-touch, thru-partner marketing campaigns and activities that generate increased awareness and pipeline
  • Regularly meets with marketing leaders at partner organizations to develop mutually beneficial, co-marketing strategies and execution plans
  • Relentlessly measures the effectiveness of ExtraHop's marketing campaigns and programs using marketing automation, CRM, and web analytics tools.
  • Provides regular feedback to internal team with regards to trends and local conditions to contribute to a thorough strategic planning and forecasting


  • Minimum of 8 years professional marketing experience leading demand generation program preferably in the Network Security industry
  • Fluency in English + German or French 
  • Experience with end users campaigns and channel programs
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced growth environments
  • Experience with developing, executing and tracking results tied to integrated, multi-touch marketing plans
  • Experience with management of offline and online events
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams to support go-to-market plans
  • Data driven and familiar with CRM, sales and marketing tools and software (Salesforce.com, Tableau, etc.)
