As the second member of Gravity’s marketing team, this role will be integral in building our marketing engine from the ground up. We’re looking for an experienced growth marketer to manage demand generation campaigns and digital marketing. You will partner with our sales, product, and climate strategy teams to develop, test, and execute experiments that drive new leads and pipeline. You’ll have a major impact on our business and growth trajectory, as well as an opportunity to define, lead, and build our Growth team.
In this role, you will:
Design, execute, and measure integrated campaigns that drive top of funnel acquisition, pipeline creation, and ultimately closed-won bookings. (Examples of projects might be: building and managing a webinar program; creating and executing email marketing campaigns; developing and managing paid ads.)
Shape strategies for marketing automation and our tech stack to build a best-in-class marketing organization.
Come up with new ideas to generate pipeline, reach new valuable customer segments, or increase conversion and expand successful projects into repeatable marketing programs.
Qualifications:
3-5 years in marketing, growth, business operations, management consulting, analytics, or a related field; experience in B2B enterprise software and high-growth startups preferred
Experience generating demand and building marketing campaigns and programs from scratch with proven examples of driving pipeline and improving funnel conversion
Experience setting up and managing Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and other digital ad campaigns
Working knowledge of marketing automation, SEO, and campaign attribution tools
Experience using quantitative analysis to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue
Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly
A plus: Experience with SQL, Python, and/or other data analysis tool
