Ava Labs is hiring a
Senior Visual Designer

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join the Marketing Team at Ava Labs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• The Senior/Junior Designer will focus on taking on creative briefs and bringing them to life with high-quality designs, maximizing bandwidth for the design team
• You will work on the production of web banners, long term ad campaigns (resizing etc.), working with product team to market Core, management of Webflow site assets updates, and social media assets
• Ensure that all designs strictly adhere to the visual brand strategy 
• This designer needs to be top of their class and will ensure that designs created will be pixel perfect and top notch
• The designer must be proficient in organizational tools like Notion and Slack
• The designer will be able to create processes to scale his/her design efforts.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• BA / BS in Design, Masters degree bonus etc.
• 5+ years of experience
• Crypto Web3 experience is preferred
• Experience with Figma, Notion, Adobe Suite, GSuite, C4D, Blender, Maya or other Comparable 3-D Software bonus, Illustration, Video / Animation Skills are a bonus

Salary Range:$110,000.00 - $168,700.00  (**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)
