Team Lead Insights Generation (f/m/d)

Trusted Shops develops SaaS solutions for over 30 million users and 30.000 companies all over Europe and generates around 70 Mio. € per year. Business Operations ensures smooth operations, optimize processes and increase profitability.

As a Team Lead Data Insights you support Business Operations with the needed data for regular monitoring and reporting as well generating insights, models and other instruments to support the management in business optimization and profitability increase. 

We are looking for a team lead that is passionate about data and the possibilities that the right usage of data can bring in combination with business strategy and business questions.

As a Team Lead Data Insights you will gain a firm foundation on the data base together with the other data teams at Trusted Shops, provide vision, approach and planned execution. You aim to deliver solutions and insights to the organization that have impact on the business success. Therefore you carry the ownership of data projects and bigger business analysis projects, you take and understand the business requirements, implement and execute them with your team and present them to the stakeholder in a target oriented way.

You accompany the team in its professionalization and support the development of advanced analytical methods (behavior segmentation, churn prediction, recommender engine, customer insights, ...) and develop and maintain existing prediction models.

Your approach supports the companies goal to learn more about our customers and our markets. You understand that getting a win for the customer goes hand in hand with getting a win for the business.

• You are proficient in SQL or other query languages and have programming language skills in Python or equivalent
• You have gathered 2 or more years of experience in a SaaS environment
• You can quickly understand the business requirement and translate them into data request, find appropriate solutions and methods and execute the solution to a usable business outcome
• You have excellent communication skills in English. German is a plus
• You stay focused on the big goals, and go the extra mile to bring everyone there
• You drive good decisions, also through assisting others to reach one
• You are passionate in sharing knowledge with others, ensure the use of best practices and want to contribute to analytical solutions
• You recognize trends at an early stage and align the further development of your team with these and the current market needs
• Even in difficult situations you keep the overview, set priorities, plan resources profitably, don't lose sight of your goal and make coordinated decisions
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
