The role

As a Digital Marketing Designer at 360dialog, you will be the creative force behind our organic and paid social media presence, bringing marketing campaigns to life with your visually stunning designs. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and driving engagement through compelling visuals. Responsibilities:

• Create Captivating Digital Designs:
• Produce eye-catching visuals for organic and paid social media platforms that captivate our audience and drive engagement
• Design marketing collateral and sales materials that align with the brand identity and messaging
• Innovate Marketing Campaigns:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs for integrated marketing campaigns
• Bring a fresh perspective to the table, contributing innovative ideas that elevate our campaigns and make them stand out in the market
• Maintain Brand Consistency:
• Ensure all design elements adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various channels
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align designs with marketing strategies and objectives

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in digital design, with a promising portfolio showcasing your expertise in social media and marketing design.
• Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with designing for different social media platforms and an understanding of their specific requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift, and deadlines are tight.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Experience in motion design and a passion for creating and editing video
