Senior Event Marketing Manager (Remote / US)

Hasura is on the lookout for an experienced event marketer to work closely with the marketing and sales team to plan & execute marketing campaigns, proprietary, industry and partner events throughout the year.

What the role will involve:

• Deliver top-notch, brand awareness driving experiences at trade shows and industry events
• Build a long-view program and creating guidelines, templates and turnkey experience for stakeholders - identify / justify what events we attend and at what sponsorship levels
• Organize and execute exclusive field marketing events and sales dinners
• Own our annual user conference HasuraCon
• Build out partner events and co-marketing strategy at and around tradeshows and virtually
• Communicate and enable the sales team regarding new and planned marketing events including global, regional and local programs
• Own programs end to end: including scheduling, shipping, pre/post-event communications, onsite marketing, program creating, booth preparation, and data analysis
• Travel to events to manage on-site presence (when required)
• Use data to measure marketing effectiveness and guide decision making
• Report regularly on program effectiveness while constantly looking at ways to optimize results

Requirements:

• 5-7 years experience in B2B tech marketing, with an emphasis on event marketing
• Experience planning field event programs
• Experience with Hybrid and Virtual platforms
• Experience with co-marketing and partnerships desired
• Extremely organized with excellent project management skills
• A self-starter that can work with minimal direction
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in tools like Google Suite, Monday, Zoom webinars, etc.
• Experience with CRM tools a plus, Marketo and Salesforce ideal
• Team-player, willing to go the extra mile to help other team members excel
