THE ROLE

remberg's mission is to help companies manage their things such as machines & equipment in the cloud and digitize associated processes in service, sales and marketing. Thereby we get rid of paper and Excel while laying the groundwork for the age of IoT. We are building the remberg XRM - a new category in SaaS that reinvents the logic of CRM by placing things at the core, not customers. We raised our EUR 11 Million Series A Round from renowned investors and business angels from five different Unicorns (including Personio, Celonis, UiPath, Forto, Aiven) and are now looking for an ambitious and talented (Senior) Growth Marketing Manager (F/M/D).

As (Senior) Growth Marketing Manager (F/M/D) you will be at the forefront of remberg's marketing initiatives. In this position, you will generate and convert qualified leads and ultimately fill our sales pipeline. You'll build omnichannel strategies that target key stakeholders across the entire marketing funnel, test advertising campaigns, and build a robust analytics framework to iterate and improve results constantly. You will work closely with our Head of Marketing to ensure we're aligned and hit our growth goals.

 

 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You generate demand through paid advertising channels (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and optimize our channels to fill the sales pipeline while supported by our dedicated Design team
  • You own the complete marketing conversion funnel, including nurturing leads and ensuring a smooth handover to Sales
  • You discover and experiment with new promotional channels to expand our target audience reach
  • You coordinate with the Sales team on current needs and launch account-based strategies to target key stakeholders across the entire funnel
  • You build a robust analytics framework to measure, test, and refine our strategies to meet our goals

 

 

YOUR PROFILE
  • 3+ years experience in Demand Gen and a track record of data-driven improvements (B2B SaaS experience is a plus)
  • Extensive proficiency in developing effective marketing campaigns and a successful track record
  • You bring experience working with Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, Zapier, and Hubspot or a subset thereof 
  • Good project management skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • You show strong ownership when managing your projects and the ability to pivot when things don't go to plan
  • You have excellent analytical skills and can quickly learn while having an impeccable eye for detail
  • You embrace feedback - no one is perfect, and neither are we. So let's make this an opportunity to praise and learn from each other
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken, C1 level); German is a plus
