Job Description

We are looking for a Working Student in our Market Administration Team to help us achieve that. Would you like to be the first point of contact for our partners, addressing their individual problems and questions? You have previous experience as a call center agent, customer service representative, or support staff? Great, then jump right in, we are looking for you!

What you will do:

  • You act as a point of contact for our TSPs (Transport Service Providers) and answer all queries regarding our partners and their accounts.
  • You will be responsible for general account maintenance and complaint management.
  • You contribute to the preparation of contracts by reviewing relevant documents.
  • You ensure a good, quality service for our customers by working with and guiding our TSPs.

Qualifications

About you:

  • You are enrolled in a university program for at least one more year.
  • You can work up to 20h per week.
  • You enjoy clarifying complex issues and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
  • You are a strong communicator and have excellent organizational skills.
  • You are fluent in either English + Spanish or English + Italian.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office programs.
