Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager(Advertising, Marketing) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing centralized oversight and validation for all on-platform (paid and non-paid) targeted campaigns. Our ideal candidate will have experience partnering with multiple teams across the organization to ensure targeting deliverables are met and teams are well-informed of any risks/issues and overall “health” of campaign(s). This position is a hybrid position with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote and will be a W-2 Hourly 9-12 monthcontract with possible extension.

The hourly rate is $42/hr. – $44/hr. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, trainings, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison to track cross-team responsibilities throughout the different phases of multiple targeting campaigns at a time (pre-launch, testing, launch, active, post-launch).
• Partner with multiple teams across the organization (Editorial Operations, MarTech, AXP, Content Partnerships, Editorial, Content Discovery, and potentially more) to ensure targeting deliverables are met and teams are well-informed of any risks/issues and overall “health” of campaign(s).
• Track targeting deliverables and milestones during pre-launch phase and provide updates on campaign status on a biweekly or weekly basis.
• Schedule calls with key stakeholders and help identify and track solutions.
• Track targeting enhancements and pain points cross-team.
• Partner with TPX PM on any AXP issues and enhancements.
• Monitor and ensure segment counts across the segment journey workflow matches with business expectations.
• Coordinate with campaign owner, data analysts, and key stakeholders to review test performance and schedule performance readout after campaign ends.

• Proficient in orchestrating complex projects with precision, creating comprehensive schedules, and maintaining meticulous records for seamless operations.
• Thrives in dynamic settings, managing multiple tasks efficiently with resilience and agility to meet deadlines amid shifting priorities.
• Demonstrates clear and concise communication, fostering effective collaboration within teams and stakeholders through articulate expression and active listening.
• Equipped with strong analytical capabilities to identify and address issues, proactively formulating actionable plans and adapting strategies for effective implementation.
